Since the beginning of my career more than 20 years ago, I have had the opportunity to manage some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the construction and infrastructure fields.
In doing so, I’ve learned that a strong commercial strategy is the foundation of project success whether it is for complex Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) or structuring contracts that balance risk and reward.
This realization led to the founding of LCS. I wanted to create a firm that doesn’t just offer advice but actively helps businesses make better, more profitable decisions. Whether it’s contract structuring, risk assessment, investment guidance, or dispute resolution, our role is to ensure that projects run smoothly and deliver real value to all involved.

Holding a Master’s in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster, London, he has transformed financial strategies for major infrastructure projects in Pakistan.
As a former CEO/COO of leading engineering firms, he led multi-billion-dollar developments and resolved complex disputes. A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he’s a trusted expert in FIDIC contracts, dispute resolution, procurement strategies, and public-private partnerships—including Unsolicited Proposals (USP) and investment structuring.
Aun Ali Sayani is a finance powerhouse with 23+ years of experience in commercial strategy, high-stakes negotiations, and financial leadership across infrastructure, banking, telecom, and real estate. As a Chartered Accountant (ICAP) and Certified Internal Auditor (USA), he has led multi-billion-dollar projects, secured major PPPs, and restructured financial frameworks for top-tier firms.
Known for transforming financial obstacles into strategic opportunities, Aun ensures all LCS projects are commercially viable. His expertise in securing funding, mitigating financial risk, and optimizing contracts helps clients protect investments and drive long-term success.
